The Board of Trustees is the ultimate governing body of the Children's Hospital Trust under the leadership of the Chairman, Mr Chris Niland. Consisting of a body of passionate and dedicated individuals the Trustees give freely of their time and receive no financial remuneration.

The Trustees and Patrons of the Children's Hospital Trust continue to provide strong support and guidance in managing the Trust's activities and bring great expertise to the administration of the Trust, particularly in the fields of business skills, financial control and project management. The Board of Trustees meet once a quarter. The Executive Committee (ExCo*) of Trustees meets every two weeks.
