A Tribute to Professor Cas Motala
Professor Cassim Motala was on the Children's Hospital Trust's Board of Trustees since 2002.
Cas was a quiet man, and one of great wisdom. A Gentleman in the real sense of the word. He was completely unselfish in giving his time and his wisdom to the Trust. He was held in such high regard everywhere that he was the perfect Ambassador for the Trust.
We will miss him very much, both as a man and as a Trustee. He was so full of love and passion for the well-being of the Trust and the Red Cross War Memorial Children’s Hospital. His wisdom and generosity was, and will remain, unsurpassed.
Cas leaves behind a legacy of good that he has bequeathed to us all. We wish his family peace during this difficult time and extend our condolences to them, his Colleagues and to the whole Red Cross War Memorial Children’s Hospital community on their loss.
