Dettol SA to Donate R1 million to the Children's Hospital Trust in 2012
Following on Dettol SA's partnership with the Trust to celebrate World Handwashing Day at the Hospital in 2011 by donating R1 from every Dettol Liquid handwash sold over six weeks raising R100 000 towards the upgrade of the B General Medical Wards.
Dettol SA will extend their support in 2012 and you can help by purchasing products any products from the Dettol personal care range between 1 February to 30 April 2012 and you will help Dettol donate R1 million towards the building of a new Centre for Childhood Infectious Diseases (CCID) at the Hospital.
It has been found that many diseases affecting child mortality can be reduced by 75% by adopting good hygiene habits.Dettol is asking mothers to become heroes by liking the Dettol SA Facebook page.
