Join us, during 16 Days of Activism as we raise awareness for this crucial cause through our campaign: “I am every child; can’t you see that I matter?”
With just 16 days and with the help of many generous donors, we aim to raise R100 000 which will go towards strengthening and improving the joint action and effectiveness of child protection care for children, who come through the doors of the Red Cross War Memorial Children’s Hospital’s Trauma and Medical Emergency Units, Medical Wards, and Outpatient Departments.
As the only specialised paediatric hospital, the Red Cross War Memorial Children’s Hospital remains the major referral centre for child protection cases in the Western Cape. Without a dedicated centre of excellence with trained and equipped medical staff who identifies, cares for, and provide the necessary support for abused and neglected children, they will not be able to receive the optimal care and much-needed interventions for their traumatic and unimaginable experiences.
Help us protect and heal our country’s most vulnerable little ones. You can make every child matter!
100% of all donations will go towards helping patients like *Kylie.
